Banana Soft Serve Smoothie


Banana Soft Serve Smoothie

(gluten free, grain free, paleo)


  • 1 large frozen banana cut up in chunks
  • 1 cup almond/coconut blend milk
  • 1.5 scoops protein (I use MGN vanilla whey isolate)
  • spoonful of nut butter
  • handful of ice cubes

Blend all that up, stick it in the freezer for around 30 minutes to get thick and chunky and prepare your tastebuds for a flavor party.

Note– if you pour it into a bowl and freeze it, it makes the smoothie even more like soft serve. :)


It tastes even better when you eat it with a crumbled, warm quest bar!! :D  IDENTICAL TO ICE CREAM. So thick, I needed a spoon.
