Dried Pineapple Rings

Instructions:

  • Cut off your pineapple’s head and butt
  • Slice off the sides/outer layers
  • Cut into circles (you may want to wear gloves, the acid burns after awhile)
  • Core the circles with a knife (or a fancy core-er thing that I don’t have)
  • Set at 135*F on a food dehydrator (got mine at Bed Bath and Beyond) for 10-12 hours
  • How to tell when they’re done: No moisture, shriveled like a raisin but still soft
