Homemade Cashew Butter
(gluten free, raw, paleo, grain free)
What You’ll Need:
1 lb bag of raw cashews
Optional add-ins– extracts, stevia/honey/sweetener, coconut, chocolate chips etc
- Soak cashews for an hour in water.
- Drain water off in a collander.
- Load into processor.
- Blend until creamy and jar it up! Simple as that!
Easiest/quickest recipe ever. And it tastes AMAZING on my low carb fiber bread. I’m addicted!
